I aggree with Janet completevly. I'd visited this site especially besause a new change is not comfortable. No, encoding has nothing to do with view, it alters the file content in most cases, for example, just open a normal ascii file, set encoding to utf-16 and save, file changes, that is not a action which should be in "view", as all view actions don't alter the content, they only alter the displaying stuff. |
