My DVD burner is a little faulty.

Every nth DVD or so, it makes horrible noises during the burn process. Sometimes it ruins the DVD, sometimes it's ok.

It would be really helpful if I could choose to perform a copy verification when I hear those noises, ie during burn. AFAIK, you can choose to verify only before starting the whole process.

Regards,

  Christophe

I don't think that this is practical for many users and in this form difficult to implement, since we need to calculate the md5 in the background. I believe your needs are better served by some external method to recheck the CD with the project/image. That way you can burn the CDs without verification and check only those where you heard noises.
