Version:           inconnu (using KDE 3.3.2, Mandrake Linux Cooker i586 - Cooker)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.4.3 (Mandrakelinux 10.2 3.4.3-7mdk)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.10-1mdk-i686-up-64GB

Steps to reproduce:
- launch any app in the system tray, e.g. by typing

    ksystraycmd kedit
- remove the window's borders, via Alt-F3 -> anvanced -> No border
- iconify the window by clicking on its icon in the systray
- restore the window by clicking again on its icon in the systray

Observed behavious: the window is drawn with a border
Expected behavious: as specified, the window shouldn't have any border
