Konqueror continues to animate GIFs even when it is minimized.  A single web page can easily eat up 10% of CPU on a fast processor.

To reproduce:  Open a page with several animated GIFs.  Minimize it and watch it continue to use CPU.

Please do NOT mark this as a duplicate of bug #34134, unless you intend to reopen that bug as well.  Somebody closed that bug saying "cpu consumption has been reduced noticeably for KDE 3.2.x", which is not a fix for the problem of getting our CPU time back without having to kill Konqueror every time we want to do something.

Are you sure you have the latest qt?  I can't get konqueror above 1% CPU on my system.
