When you clear the search field, the message list scrolls back to the top. I think this is the bug. It should probably center on the selected message. I don't think keeping search filters activated is a good idea. KMail used to do that during the 1.7.9x phase and personally, I found that annoying. IMHO the "status" after entering a folder should be configurable. Now it's always the complete list, which is displayed. I personally would find it usefull to "hide" read and "not improtant" messages. KDE 3.4.1 |
