Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.4.0)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
Compiler:          gcc (GCC) 3.3.5  (Pardus Linux 3.3.5-r1, ssp-3.3.2-3, pie-8.7.7.1) 

While using KDE with composite enabled xorg, if one of the kopete's balloon notify buttons pressed for read or ignore the comming messages, X ( Xorg-6.8.2 nvidia-kernel-1.0.7167 ) and  crashes and restarted. Because X crashes, i dont have any backtrace.

I have same problem, also occurs when I attempt to initiate any aim conversation
about 33% of the time.  Seems to be whenever any action attempts to initiate an
IM window.

Can not confirm for other protocols, only have aim accounts.
