I tried to set up a new action to Khotkeys in Control Center in these steps:

Open Control Center
Khotkeys
clic on New Action
Set up action name
Choose Action type: K-Menu Entry (simple)
Set up kyboard shortcut
Try to set Menu Entry to execute: Browse button doesn't work! When clicked: as not done.

I think I should have seen the K menu to choose the right application to launch, but it didn't work.

As workaround generic commands can be used.
