When selecting an email to create a filter from it, it does not seem to be possible to create a new folder from that dialogue popping up, which would be very useful. At the moment, the filter the emails should be moved to has to be created before a filter pointing to it can be created.

Same applies to the spam-wizard-dialogue. It should be possible to create a directory in order not to have to close the wizard, create the folder, re-open tha wizard and finally chose the folder.
