kdefilepicker is not part of KDE. I had never heard of it before. It's fixed in the OOo2 KDE builds. As workaround on KDE side, add "[Development] AutoCheckAccelerators=false" to your ~/.kde/share/config/kdeglobals thank you Stephan Binner. OOo is to repair.
