1) The oldest messages do not have theme fileds (theme, subject, date etc etc). There in displayed word "unknown". 

2) Some of messages are double. I have oryginal messages + second one few Kb larger. (I have 1 200 messages and about 500 of them have coppies)

ad 1) body of these messages is empty

The index files of the respective folders are corrupted. Try closing KMail and then removing the $FOLDERNAME.index.* files which are to be found in the same folder as the affected mail folders. Afterwards restart KMail.
