(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***) Package: krn Krn doesn't decode mime-encoded "Subject" headers in article list window although it DOES decode it when showing the article. Language is russian charset is koi8-r. avk Version: 1.4.1 (CVS>=20020327) (using KDE 3.0.0 ) Installed from: Compiled From Sources Compiler: 2.95.2 ? OS: Solaris OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified Switched from KDE 2.2.2 to KDE 3.0.1 (package compiled by François-Xavier Duranceau KDE coordinator in France). After installing KDE 3.0.1 on Solaris the Subject and Sender fields of mails in the mail list (upper window) displayed chinese characters and squares instead of occidental alphabets. The display WAS CORRECT once I clicked on each line. This bug seems similar to #1004 for krn. (Submitted via bugs.kde.org) *** Bug 502077 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
