Version:           0.20 (using KDE 3.3.2, Mandrake Linux Cooker i586 - Cooker)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.4.3 (Mandrakelinux 10.2 3.4.3-3mdk)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.10-1mdk-i586-up-1GB

THe link is not working anymore. Could you attach the file in question to the bug report? Also, could you check whether or not you can reproduce the issue with Okular?
