Recurring appointments that are moved will appear twice during the day they are moved.

Expected behaviour: 
- When the appointment is moved it will appear once, at the time it is 
moved to. 

Observed behaviour: 
- When the appointment is moved it appears twice

Steps to reproduce: 

- Enter a weekly, recurring appointment lasting from 10-12
- Move the appointment from 13-15

The appointment will now appear twice. 

If you attempt to "clean up" by deleting one of the occurences, both will disappear.
