In konsole, I typed "konsole --noscrollbar" and hit return. Konsole appeared without scrollbar also without crash. Next, I modified property of Terminal button in KDE Panel so that I can lauch konsole with "--noscrollbar" option. I clicked on Terminal button. Konsole lauched without scrollbar.
