<thetext>DESCRIPTION
Hello,

I just attempted to rate the usefulness of a review of the Tokodon program in Discover. Instead of successfully rating the review, it displayed a window with the error message "Error while submitting usefulness: Error transferring https://odrs.gnome.org/1.0/reviews/api/upvote - server replied with status code 400".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover
2. Navigate to a program with a number of reviews, e. g. Tokodon
3. Open the reviews
4. Attempt to rate a review

OBSERVED RESULT
An error message dialogue appears: "Error while submitting usefulness: Error transferring https://odrs.gnome.org/1.0/reviews/api/upvote - server replied with status code 400"

EXPECTED RESULT
The review's usefulness is rated.

Make package reviews usefulness persistent

The ODRS API does not allow re-submitting a vote, and returns an error 400
when the user tries to do that.

To avoid this, save a list of which reviews a user has voted on and disable
the `Yes/No` buttons if the vote was submitted.

Date like the following will be saved in the state data:

[ReviewVotes]
664232=2
675199=1
677028=1
FIXED-IN: 6.8.0

M  +2    -0    discover/qml/ReviewDelegate.qml
M  +32   -1    libdiscover/ReviewsBackend/ReviewsModel.cpp
M  +3    -0    libdiscover/ReviewsBackend/ReviewsModel.h
