Power buttons are not showing up when you enable automount for any device on login. Restarting powershell (kquitapp6 plasmashell && kstart plasmashell) fixes it and buttons show up until you reboot or manually unmount and re-login. Disabling login automount for all devices also fixes it. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Enable at least one automount on login for any device 2.
