Somewhere between version 8.1.0 and 8.8.0 the focus changed from Delete button to Cancel button which is very annoying to me because I can't press only Enter anymore to delete. So most times I have to press Shift+Del again because I pressed Enter so fast that the window closed and I have to remember that the focus changed… STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open digiKam 8.8.0, select an image and press Shift+Del. 2. Observe which button is focused. 3. Open digiKam 8.1.0, select an image and press Shift+Del. 4. Observe which button is focused. OBSERVED RESULT digiKam 8.8.0: The button Cancel is focused. digiKam 8.1.0: The button Delete is focused. EXPECTED RESULT The button Delete should be focused as before. The reason given was to make accidental deletion more difficult. For permanent deletion without using the trash, I left the focus set to the Cancel button. For deletion via the trash, I reverted this change, as undoing or restoring is possible. Since two user requests conflict here, there will be no change.
