This did not happen before, so some update change must be responsible. This is a built-in SDD that is extremely fast. No change after disabling Trash limit or enabling it again or changing the trash size limit. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Delete a file 2. Modal opens 3. Status indicator going (1+ seconds) 4.
