SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a location set for the desktop (default is fine) with files and folders
2. In Desktop Folder Settings set Icons > Sorting to "Name", "Size", "Type", or "Date"
3. Either select and delete file (on the desktop, *NOT* in dolphin) or right click > create new file
4. Observer that sorting no longer works, return to Desktop Folder Settings > Icons and see that "Sorting" is now set to "manual"

OBSERVED RESULT
Icons > Sorting option is reset to manual

EXPECTED RESULT
Sorting should stay as user set it. Upon delete the icons should shift around to fill the gap; on creating a few file/folder it should appear in the location it needs to be based on name/size/type/etc
