    <thetext>SUMMARY

Programs using Chromium, such as Chrome and VSCode, experience issues when using &quot;Toggle Present Windows&quot; under Wayland and screen scaling mode. These issues include failure to function, severe frame drops, and stuttering.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open a Chrome or vscode in wayland
2.  Press Ctrl + F10

OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes failure to function, Sometimes severe frame drops

EXPECTED RESULT
Works same as KDE plasma 6.2.5

    <thetext>Oh I figue it out! Turn off the night light mode will make it works properly even with 4k/200% with two 1080p / 125% display, The night light mode is the trigger</thetext>

    <thetext>If it is fixed by turning off Night Light, I would guess it&apos;s the same cause as bug 499987; see also bug 500021 where turning off Night Light improved performance.

This should be fixed in 6.3.1, releasing tomorrow, so please reopen if it still happens after you upgrade to that version.
