STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. 3 finger swipe on top of plasmashell 2. both kwin and plasmashell will react to it. 3. on the overview we can see plasmashell on editing mode. 4. upon interacting again with the shell, it keeps doing the resize business even though we never requested it.
