STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Copy a .desktop file from your desktop to ~/testtop 2. Set the desktop to use ~/testtop as a custom location 3. Attempt to open the desktop file OBSERVED RESULT Window: Plasma: What do you wish to do with this file? Open/Execute/Cancel EXPECTED RESULT Just launch the application, as it would from ~/Desktop/ SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.98 Qt Version: 5.16.6 Please move this bug as necessary.
