The user has no opportunity to read any details, and may not even notice the failure notification. Please make the notification persist for 10+ seconds, or until the user closes it. *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Enter bad URL for some feed. 2. Do "fetch feed" on that feed. OBSERVED RESULT 3. See failure notification. 4. Notification will disappear in 1 second or so. Perhaps this is done deliberately, in the case where user is fetching ALL feeds ? Perhaps the behavior should be different when fetching a single feed.
