<thetext>Re: KMyMoney

this is not a bug notification, rather the wishlist/suggestion page brought me here.

when adding a transaction to the ledgers, is it possible in a future revision to have the option to attach a file, namely a PDF scanned receipt for example.

Also would it be possible to include a 'number' column to the transactions for systems where each transaction has a specified number, for example in our current system, every new transaction is given an incremental number.

thanks

    <thetext>Hi Steve,

Be careful in the future, create one issue per wish/bug.

> when adding a transaction to the ledgers, is it possible in a future
> revision to have the option to attach a file, namely a PDF scanned receipt
> for example.

This wish has already been reported
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=274021

> Also would it be possible to include a 'number' column to the transactions
> for systems where each transaction has a specified number, for example in
> our current system, every new transaction is given an incremental number.

In Settings > Configure Kmymoney > Ledger > check the "Always show a No field"

In the ledger, you should then be able to fill a number field.</thetext>

<thetext>Since the question about the no field has been answered (better asked on the forum or mailing list next time) and the wish list item is indeed a duplicate, I close this one here as duplicate pointing back to the original one. Thanks much.
