<thetext>SUMMARY

Cursor hides after dragging a window and zooming all the way back out.

Screen Recorder POV: https://youtu.be/zTsbBP7-o2c
Real Life POV: https://youtu.be/bzIvkxhTlY4

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Zoom in.
2. Hold Meta and drag some window.
3. Zoom out.

OBSERVED RESULT

Cursor hides when zoomed out, but shows back on when zoomed in. Also, screen recording software still "sees" the cursor when zoomed out, and even two differently scaled cursors when zoomed in.

EXPECTED RESULT

Cursor should be only one and always visible.
