Open any text file in Kate. 2. Switch to dolphin and try opening another text file. OBSERVED RESULT Kate doesn't come back to focus. I have to manually switch back. Same result is seen in other apps like firefox. (see https://imgur.com/pEzaNyc). EXPECTED RESULT The corresponding window should be brought back to focus.
