With the en_US locale, the week starts on Sunday, and there seems to be no way to change this in the calendar. I still haven't found a locale that has all the conditions I've listed, and neither have the folks from bug 340982. (Someone suggested creating a fake Sweding one). Anyway, that'd be a workaround. But if bug 394698 tracks selecting the start of the week, I'm fine with marking this a dupe.
