STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open System Settings from Krunner, Konsole or Kickoff 2. - OBSERVED RESULT Sidebar Blacked out if you launch systemsettings, active KCM blacked out if you launch that KCM specifically. EXPECTED RESULT That they are visible.
