This leads to the problem, that KDE has started before the right monitor sends its signal back. It's very annoying, that every day I've to turn off the running PC as the system does not recognize the monitors correctly. Once the left side is gone, then the right side. Then "systemsettings > monitor > identify" leads to the result, that both recognized monitors are the left monitor and the right monitor is on, but "nothing". Configuration is not available, right-click-menue is not available. Result > shutdown of PC and restart > remove all config-files > set up everything again.
