I have my laptop running on the nvidia chipset (optimus manager applet) to be able to connect an external monitor. I quit work by unplugging the external display then closingthe lid to put the laptop to sleep. At home I open the lid, and the first actions triggers a crash. In this case, i clicked on a window to focus it. I just clicked on the systray applet expander to get the name of the optimus applet I was using , and then plasma crashed as well.
