STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open display configuration while 2 displays are plugged. 2. Put your primary display (in my case, laptop screen) on the right of the secondary one (in my case hdmi-plugged monitor). 3. Unplug secondary display. 4. Open some windows. 5. Plug secondary windows. OBSERVED RESULT Windows jump to the secondary display. EXPECTED RESULT Primary display should remain identical in every way. Secondary display, whatever its position, should be empty when plugged.
