    <thetext>i use okular to create some annotations with chinese characters in a pdf file. and when i open the pdf file in adobe reader, most characters are displayed right, but some are not.

For example, the Chinese character &quot;不&quot; (U+4E0D) will be shown as &quot;上&quot; (U+4E0A) in the annotation in Adobe Reader.</thetext>
