It's an annoying but minor bug which apparently isn't affecting functionality. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Switch to the brush tool; 2. Hold the V key for an amount of time greater than the keyboard repeat delay time. Actual Results: The cursor flickers.
