I experience some bugs and tried to report them using the Bug Report Wizard integrated into the help menu. When I chose however to report a bug to plasma/desktop it forwarded me to this url: https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi?format=guided&product=plasma&component=desktop&version=unknown and there I could report the bug: "Sorry, either the product plasma does not exist or you aren't authorized to enter a bug into it."
