To change the language of all programs you will have to logout first." This is VERY annoying when changing language often. I am EXTREMELY aware that the settings only apply to newly started applications by now. If you can't fix this then tell me and I will make a patch against the latest stable release (2.2.1). But I'm reluctant to compile KDE from CVS HEAD just to make this patch against it.
