This is new regression in KDE 4.11. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Minimize some windows. 2. Log out. 3. Log in. Actual Results: Minimized windows are shown for split second after logging in. They should however be below everything and not rendered unless for effect reuqest. Looking at it, i bet on the scalein effect which does not check the minimization state.
