It happens every day, in different conditions, so it's probably something independent from other actions. I'm using Kubuntu 11.10 64bit, freshly installed. Nepomuk it's not the only thing which crashes every day, but also Policykit, Rekonq, etc....this release is almost unusable, at least in in my case.
