<thetext>Version: 1.7 (using KDE 4.7.1)
OS: Linux

When trying to delete a file from a Samba share that I have RW access to dolphin displays this error "Access denied to trash:/README" README being the name of the file that I am tring to delete. From the context menu in Dolphin I am selecting the "Delete" option instead of "Move to Trash" so I don't understand why it would be trying to access the trash:/ KIO in the first place. Using the Shift + Del keyboard shortcut is able to delete the file without errors though. This behaviour also seems to happen over ssh via the fish:// protocal.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mount a remote fileshare ether via Samba or Fish (or other sshfs method I assume)
2. If there is not already a file to delete make one
3. Try to delete the file from the context menu (Right click on the file and select Delete)

Actual Results:
Errors due to permissions access to trash:/

Expected Results:
File being deleted like Shift + Del keys do

See this https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=728738 for details on the SSH over Fish problem.</thetext>

<thetext>I can reproduce this problem using dolphin 2.0 in KDE SC 4.8 RC1.

'Delete' entry from context menu gives error message , while 'Del' and 'Shift+Del' shortcuts just work fine.</thetext>
