Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Start Okular, make sure your toolbars and menu are displayed. Go to full screen mode, and exit through a KILL signal or logout. Actual Results: When you restart the application, it will return to full screen. You'll have to use Alt-M to restore the menu, and then use the menu to show your toolbars. Window decorations will be gone until next restart.
