The konsole window correctly appeared on the right bottom desktop which was not the communication activity and not the system one. I selected the left bottom desktop, choosed zoom out and selected the communication activity. Then plasma placed the system activity on the right bottom desktop where I want it to be. But still I didn't ask it to change it and would have preferred that I change it myself. On top of it Plasma changed the right top desktop to some generic "Arbeitsfläche" activity.
