    <thetext>I wonder if this could be related to bug 197936 or the glibc bug: bug 196207.

Can you try the following:
- Open Konsole
- Run &quot;killall krunner&quot; (this will close Krunner)
- Type &quot;export MALLOC_CHECK_=&quot; + Enter
- Type &quot;export QT_NO_GLIB=1&quot; + Enter
- Type &quot;krunner&quot; + Enter
KRunner starts
- Now use Krunner and try to repeat the crash

- If you can still reproduce the crash at will, can you install the &quot;kdelibs5-dbg&quot; package and post a complete backtrace here? Thanks</thetext>
