1. Open KHotkeys settings in SystemSettings
2. Choose any disabled action
3. Set multiple key combination, like &quot;Ctrl+Shift+K, 0&quot;
4. Apply
5. Click on Enabled checkbox.

Do not allow entering multi key shortcuts.

The rest is bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=161009 and as is like
to add a wontfix from my side.
