That feature has now been replaced (it seems) with choosing "No audio output" instead. This is a serious downgrade, and complicates the interface for many users, so I suggest you take back the button that removed all sound notifications. The reason is simple. I don't want audio notifications anywhere in the system, except for one application: Kopete. In order to do that with the current setup I have to manually go through 18 applications with multiple audio notifications and turn them off one by one.
