<thetext>Version: 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2) "release 114" (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2) "release 114", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.1)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.27.21-0.1-pae

When i go to a website that uses forms for a login, and for which i saved my login in my wallet, i get autocomplete on the username, but i still have to enter my password manually, as if kwallet is not working at all.</thetext>

    <thetext>To the original submitter:

can you describe your problems in more details?

Does your problem happen because every time when you enter your website login form URL changes?

If so, then it's a duplicate of bug 155391 or bug 131303.</thetext>

<thetext>I go to a website that requires a login.
First time i get asked if i want to store the login data in my wallet, i answer "yes".

second time and later, i still have to enter username and password manually.

The username/password is stored in my wallet but never pulled out when i need them.</thetext>

<thetext>and no, the urls to the login forms are not changing.
when THAT happens i know better than to expect kwallet to recognize the address anyways. :/</thetext>

<thetext>Have you tried starting KDE with a new ~/.kde folder? It sounds scary, but it's still worth a try.

Probably some of your saved settings disrupt the work of kwallet.</thetext>

<thetext>It's probably a problem with OpenSuse packages.

In no other distros I've ever faced this problem (I'm now running Fedora 11).</thetext>

<thetext>I had observed this behaviour in the past, but can no longer reproduce it with konqueror 4.3.0 -- it seems to have been fixed. I use Arch Linux packages, by the way.</thetext>

<thetext>Closing this bug because of the descriptions made in comments 8 and 9. It may be downstream (OpenSuse related) but then this report should be filed into the OpenSuse tracker.</thetext>
