I used the "set remote charset" option but it didn't work properly. If i first set it to ISO-8859-15 nothing happens, next I tried another charset (any other) it correctly display the files. I guess the change there is a small discrepancy when we choose a charset. Since this a bit confusing, will try to make a sequence que illustrate the behavior: 1 - open remote site => charset is wrong 2 - change charset to correct option => nothing happens 3 - change charset to any other option => filenames are displayed correctly 4 - change back to ISO-8859-15 => filenames are messed up 5 - choose another charset => everything is fine 6 - and so on... Another problem is that I have the default charset for all fonts set to ISO-8815-9 in the konqueror preferences and this setting is being ignore. This did not happen in kde3.
