(except the font in the mail list, known bug). Look at Settings|Configure kmail|Appareance|Fonts, mark use custom fonts, and choose the font you want for the mail state.. I speak not very good english, I home i explained good what I would to say. I don't link the red color of new messages, I prefer bold font instead.
