I can't get any article from this feed :

I can add the feed, but when I try to fetch, the articles window stays empty.

Works fine, probably you use expiry by age as default setting? The articles in that feed are quite old (the last one from end of June), so they probably don't show if you use expiry by age with some value < 180 or so. You have to set the archive mode to "Keep All Articles" in the feed settings.
