Version: 3.3.1 (using KDE 3.3.1, compiled sources) Compiler: gcc version 3.3.4 (Debian) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.21 Clicking outside of any opened menus cancels any navigated-to entry and should never trigger any actions. But it does in the following situation: start konq open the bookmarks menu RIGHT-click on any item, a context menu appears. Notice that the entry is not 'executed' at this time. Click outside of the konqueror in order to cancel both the menu and the context menu of the bookmark-entry. Notice how konqueror refreshes to show the bookmarkd URL. I expected the location of konq to stay unchanged.
confirmed on 3.5.2
Can't reproduce as of KDE 4.00.73.
I can reproduce the bug using Konqueror 3.5.9. However, in KDE/Konqueror 4.0.4 the bookmarks menu works in a different way. There clicking outside of Konqueror area only closes the context menu. Another click is needed to close the bookmarks menu, and the bookmark is not loaded, as is the intended behaviour.
This is fixed in svn trunk r808613. Closing.
