I would like to have a feature seen in another KDE aggregator, eventwatcher, which introduced an interesting concept of marking important/interesting feeds for later reviewing. It goes in line with a 'virtual folders' feature from http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=85615 (that would allow browsing/searching by attribute) plus some kind of markers/flags to put on important news.
