Version: 3.3 (using KDE 3.3.0, compiled sources) Compiler: gcc version 3.2.2 (Mandrake Linux 9.1 3.2.2-3mdk) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.21-0.13mdk increase font button in konqueror get disabled when the maximum font is selected. but the decrease button (only one left) can't set any font above 100%
can you make your point clearer? I'm afraid I just don't get it.
ok, I'll explain you... i dont like clicking 3-4 times to get my browser to display the maximum font (300%). so I use the great feature already in place which is to hold the mouse button and select 300% on the first click. once 300% is selected, I can click on font-minus to decrease of 1 level, or hold the button on font-minus to jump to anywhere from 0-100, but I can't jump to 120,150 or 200, because font-plus button is disable. i'm not sure what would be the most convinient interface fix for that. its a usuability bug, maybe the usuability team should look into this one ? also, i dont think is directly related to khtml, but more to the konqueror's toolbar and his usuability.
I'm confirming. When you hold the mouse down you are given dropdown choice of various zooms, 100%, 120%, 150%, etc. Take this example. I am at 100% default font size. The dropdown given for enlarge/shrink font button gives: enlarge: 100%, 120%, 150%, 200%, 300%. shrink: 100%, 90%, 75%, 50%, 20% If I zoom to 300% [the maximum], the options for the shrink option should reflect the fact I'm at 300% and give 200% option for example. But I am given the same choices.
well, not only this. but once you get to 300%, the "enlarge" button is disable, so you can't go 120% or 150%, you need to go to 90% using the "shrink" button and then use the "enlarge" button to go to 150%. same apply when you hit the minimum of 20%
In trunk r794020 the maximize button no longer gets disabled when the maximum size is selected. This seems to be fixed.
Still reproducible in 3.5.9.
As this bug is fixed in recent releases it's being closed. Setting it to LATER because it does qualify for backporting to the 3.x branch.
